Jackson Hall’s mission is to create a community of nourishment and connectedness for the people of the Health District. Founded by Della Heiman and Ken Lyon of Yard Hospitality in 2018, Jackson Hall is the nation’s first wellness-focused food hall in a healthcare setting.

The welcoming 10,000-square foot space features six globally-inspired culinary and beverage concepts: della bowls, Charcoal Rotisserie, Little Island Poke Shop, Leo & Bloom Delicatessen, Levante Mediterranean, and Radiate Apothecary & Bar. The Positivity Library, created in collaboration with Books & Books, lifts the spirits of guests of all ages. The entryway Garden Box, created by local design company Little River Box Company, features nature-inspired gifts made by local artisans housed in a repurposed shipping container.

Jackson Hall’s cozy, plant-filled space offers a hub for guests to enjoy for breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks, happy hours, meetings, celebrations, and gatherings. Convenient dine-in, grab-and-go, delivery and catering options are available on-site, via our website, and on the Jackson Hall app.

Highly regarded and experienced Miami chefs Shary Almodovar and Julie Frans and holistic nutritionist Susan Duprey lead the food and beverage program. Amongst the many global food options, there are several plant-based and gluten-free choices. The food at Jackson Hall is made from scratch with ingredients off the industrial grid. Meats are sourced with a heavy emphasis on local provenance and a low carbon footprint. Not on the menu: Deep frying, partially hydrogenated oils, antibiotics, hormones, synthetic colorings and preservatives, artificial sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup and other highly refined sweeteners.

We have developed a menu synced with the color-coded phytonutrient system, in order to better allow patients and those seeking a specific diet to find appropriate items on our menu.

We thoughtfully source from many local and national purveyors who share our values of sustainability and wellness.
