CHARCOAL Garden Bar + Grill was the first full-service concept at The Wynwood Yard, founded by longtime Miami chef and restaurateur Ken Lyon.

The menu at Charcoal is centered around traditional recipes made with high quality ingredients, prepared simply on a Josper oven.

At Jackson Hall, this new CHARCOAL concept centers on a charcoal-fired Josper rotisserie imported from Spain, with a menu based on responsibly-sourced chicken and wholesome iterations of comfort food.
